Anand Ondhia — osteopath, BJJ black belt, yoga teacher trainer

Build a body that lasts.

I help people keep training, keep moving and get out of pain without leaning on drugs or surgery. On the mats, in the clinic and in the yoga room, the goal is the same: decades more of doing what you love.

For grapplers

Keep rolling into your 50s, 60s and beyond.

Most people don't quit jiu-jitsu because they lose interest. They quit because their neck, back or knees give out. I treat grapplers every week, and I teach a black belt's game built on control rather than strength.

For anyone in pain

Natural pain relief, explained and treated.

I'm an OSTCAN board-certified osteopathic manual practitioner. I work with chronic pain, sports injuries, posture and jaw problems, using hands-on treatment and the self-care that keeps you well between visits.

Take Your Medicine

My book on jiu-jitsu, resilience, sobriety and longevity. It's a practical guide built from my own story: the problems I ran into, what actually worked, and what you can do about it starting this week.

Three practices, one question.

How do you keep doing the things that make you feel alive, for as long as possible?

I've chased that answer for over a decade. I'm a black belt who still teaches and competes, a yoga teacher who has trained other teachers since 2013, and an osteopathic manual practitioner with a master's diploma in osteopathic manual therapy.

Each practice fills the gaps in the others. Jiu-jitsu shows me what the body can take. Osteopathy shows me what happens when it can't. Yoga is how I teach people to listen before it gets that far.
